Everything about this sando hits. The pork cutlet is crispy and juicy, the slaw is refreshing and adds texture, and the milk bread is soft and fluffy. The star of the show, though, is the katsu sauce — sweet and savory in the best way, so good Case should have asked for a large cupful to dunk the sandwich in.
