Choo Sando is a Japanese sandwich shop in the Rosedale/Brentwood area, known for sandos built on soft, fluffy milk bread (shokupan). The pork katsu was the pick here, and a 9.5 is no small thing — it held the crown until the Gourmet Italian from Tucci's Southside Subs outscored it a week later.
